Sandy Root-Elledge is the Director of the Wyoming Institute for Disabilities (WIND) at the University of Wyoming, College of Health Sciences.  In this capacity, she has overall responsibility for the qadministration of the center's activities and provides leadership of the center. She directs UW ECHO, building capacity in education and health care in Wyomign and beyond.  She directs Wyoming Assistive Technology Resources and Wyoming Family to Family Health Informaiton Center. As the parent of two children with developmental and other disabilities, she brings this important perspective to her work. She holds an M.A. and B.S. in Sociology from the University of Wyoming.
