Vita/Bio

Dr. Iris Lesser, is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Pediatrics, at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She graduated from AECOM in 1981, did her residency in Pediatrics at Jacobi Hospital and a fellowship in Developmental Pediatrics at the Children's Evaluation and Rehabilitation Center (CERC). Dr. Lesser joined the faculty at CERC upon completion of fellowship and was amongst the first group of physicians to be board certified in the specialty of Neurodevelopmental Disabilities. She is currently the Director of the School-Age Unit at CERC.

In addition to her work in the Bronx, Dr. Lesser has served as a consultant in Neurodevelopmental Pediatrics for Western Suffolk BOCES since 1986 and started
The Child Center for Developmental Services, a private interdisciplinary practice, with her husband.
