| Research: | Katie anchors her work in the experiences and relationships she has with people with disabilities. In her current role at IDHD, Katie provides education, training, and resources on various topics which include self-directed supports, direct support workforce development, supporting healthy relationships and sexuality, and the sibling experience. Katie is also the Executive Director of the national Sibling Leadership Network. She has served on numerous boards including The Arc of Illinois, Council on Quality and Leadership, and State of the State in Developmental Disabilities advisory committee. | ||||||||||||||||||||
