I have been working in the DD field for over ten years and have worked with both children and adults. I started at a local provider as a Direct Support Professional working with individuals with Traumatic Brain Injuries. I also hav experience in Case Management, Service Coordination, and Residential Management. Most recently I worked for The Council on Quality and Leadership, which provides accreditation, training, and consultation for human service organizations.

As the NCI Coordinator, I am in charge of the organization and execution of the NCI and NCI-AD  mail and in-person interview surveys that occur every year, statewide.
