Ms. Phim coordinates the Employment Here and Now! program for which she provides management and oversight. Before coming to the Institute, Thea worked in New York City as an Employment Coordinator where she helped individuals with intellectual disabilities find customized employment. She holds a master's degree in Public Administration from the City University of New York and received the Employment Support Professional Certification through The Assocation of People Supporting Employment First.
