Vita/Bio
Theodore Kastner, M.D., completed his training in the care of children and adults with developmental disabilities and handicapping conditions at the Rose F. Kennedy Center of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 1986. In addition, in 1997 he received a Master of Science in administrative medicine from the University of Wisconsin. He holds an appointment at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine where is Professor of Pediatrics and is Co-Director of the Rose F. Kennedy Center.
