Bio:
Suzanne Milbourne is the project director for the Delaware Early Childhood Assistive Technology Demonstration, which implements and evaluates systemic changes that increase access to assistive technology for young children with disabilities. She also serves as a grant reviewer for the Delaware Department of Education's 21st Century Community Learning Centers, administered by CDS.

Before her work at CDS, Suzanne was the project coordinator for Tots-N-Tech, a research institute that provided information, research and resources about the use of assistive technology with very young children, and for Philadelphia Inclusion Network, which promoted the incorporation of infants and young children with disabilities in child care. She is also the co-author of Cara's Kit: Creating Adaptations for Routines and Activities, which was published in versions for preschoolers and toddlers.
