Bio:
Debby Boyer is the director of the School-Age Services Unit at CDS, where she provides training and technical assistance on implementing positive behavior supports in schools and other organizations serving children throughout the state. Debby also oversees and collaborates on several statewide projects serving school-age children, including Delaware's Positive Behavior Support Initiative.

Debby received her master degree in rehabilitation counseling from Boston University. Before coming to CDS, Debby worked as a consultant for the Boston Center for Psychiatric Rehabilitation, where she assisted organizations throughout the U.S. to develop rehabilitation and recovery systems for individuals with psychiatric disabilities.
