Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Assumption College, and Certified Work Incentive Counselor, with over 30 years’ experience (Sherlock Center on Disabilities, UCEDD) in the field of community rehabilitation and employment of people with disabilities. Currently Coordinator-Access to integrated Employment and Director for the Work Incentive Planning and Assistance (WIPA) CT and RI Program.
