Vita/Bio
I have over 21 years of experience in supporting persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities, their families, and other professionals and stakeholders in the field. My career started in direct service and grew to Technical Assistance Specialist for 56 Councils on Developmental Disabilities, which implement the Developmental Disabilities Assistance and Bill of Rights Act of 2000. I have increased my capacity to impact the areas of diversity, equity, inclusion, and cultural and linguistic competence and now serve as the Sr. Program Manager for Developmental Disability Programs.
