As a TechOWL project coordinator, Ms. McKenney oversees the reused equipment program and emergency preparedness activities. In addition she provides technical assistance and assistive technology services. Prior to joining the Institute, Caitlin worked for seven years in the field of special education. She holds a master's degree in Assistive Technology Studies and Human Services and is a RESNA-certified Assistive Technology Professional.
