Vita/Bio
Troy Graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelors in Psychology and a Masters in Social Work specializing in mental health. Troy has worked in early childhood throughout his career as an educator and a developmental specialist serving children in early intervention. Troy contracts as a consultant for the Project Scope training initiative focusing on educating those that work with young children on the impact of the opioid crisis on young children. Troy is a board member of the Ohio Association of the Education of Young Children and volunteers with the Down Syndrome Association of Central Ohio as a committee member. Troy is a member of the National Association of Young Children and is a Lasting Legacy scholar award recipient. His passion is for early childhood mental health and social emotional development along with empowering families, supporting the development of children, and advocating for inclusion.
