Luke Reynard is the Director of Operations for the Center for START Services. He previously was the Chief of Disability Services at My Health My Resources of Tarrant County, located in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, he led a variety of programs for people with disabilities serving a community of 2 million people. He has worked in the field of Intellectual and Developemental Disabilities for 15 years, serving in a variety of leadership roles. He has a Bachelors degree in Psychology, and a Masters degree in Business Administration. He was the original Director for the Tarrant Texas START team formed in 2013. He lives in Henniker with his wife Kasey and son Jackson.
