David Fields is a regional Account Representative with the DRS Corporate Connections Program. In this role he works as a business consultant, providing services to increase employment opportunities for individuals served by the Tennessee Department of Human Services, Division of Rehabilitation Services. David conducts outreach and marketing activities to promote the benefits of employing people with disabilities within the business community. He provides professional development and employment services to assist Tennessee businesses in recruiting, hiring and retaining qualified employees. As a regional employment resource, David is located in the Chattanooga state office building and has been in this role since 2014.

David is a former employee of the Center for Literacy, Education and Employment (at which time the Center was named the Center for Literacy Studies). During this time, David worked with the Adult Education Program to provide professional development to Tennessee Adult Education supervisors, instructors, and paraprofessionals.
