Ms. Webster has an undergraduate degree in social work and psychology and an M.Ed in special education. As the coordinator of the Interdisciplinary Training Program for the North Dakota Center for Persons with Disabilities (NDCPD), JoLynn Webster is responsible for recruiting trainees, facilitating training, and coordinating service learning activities. Ms. Webster is also the director of a grant that is designed to address the bullying of ND middle school students with developmental disabilities through advocacy. In addition, Ms. Webster provides employment and life skills support to transition-age students with intellectual disabilities who are attending Minot State University.
As an adjunct faculty member of the special education department at Minot State, Ms. Webster is responsible for teaching courses and supervising student teachers. Ms. Webster's professional background includes over 10 years of supporting individuals with disabilities and their families in educational and community-based settings. She has significant experience developing training materials, managing training events, and facilitating coordination between service systems.
