Gina Carrera is a VT LEND Alumni and is currently the family faculty at VT LEND. She sits on the Vermont Developmental Disability Council, Health Disparities and Cultural Competency Committee, the Vermont Children's Hospital Patient and Family Centered Care Council. Gina has also joined Council on Community Advocacy. She is currently enrolled in the Georgetown University Leadership Academy. She is a single mother of two children with different disabilities. She has been a voluntary disability advocate since 2003.
