We welcome network members, non-network organizational partners, experts from all across the disability field, individuals with disabilities, family members, and fellows to learn and grow together during this exciting event. Whether you're a newcomer to the field or a seasoned professional, the AUCD Conference provides countless opportunities to share with and learn from colleagues and peers. AUCD2016 will feature three engaging large group plenaries from high-level leaders; over 225 concurrent and poster presentations covering a broad spectrum of disability topics; as well as innovative research, programming, and advocacy efforts.
AUCD 2016 Conference Rates
All events are open to the public except where noted. Registration rates are outlined in the chart below. The 6th and all subsequent registrants who identify from the same member Center/Program in the dropdown list will see an automatic 20% discount on their final charge.

AUCD2016 Plenaries Only
AUCD welcomes local friends, organizational partners, students, and invited guests to attend any of our three plenaries for free. This registration does not include access to other conference events such as concurrent or poster sessions, or refreshments.

Registration Policies
Cancellation / Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing by November 18, 2016. A refund of the registration fee, minus a small administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. Submit all requests to Gwen Clark via email. Refunds will not be given for no-shows. Substitutions are gladly accepted.
Substitution Policy
To transfer your full registration prior to the seminar, please submit a written request to [email protected]. Only one transfer is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Questions? Group Registrations
Group Registrations: For member UCEDD, IDDRC, and LEND program personnel and trainees, after the first five registrations from the same center using the dropdown menu provided, the sixth and subsequent will automatically receive 20% discounts off the base registration fee. Individuals from the same Center do not need to register together to be eligible for the discount.

Accommodations
All attendees who are in need of accommodations (interpreters, large print, braille, etc) must note this on their registration form or contact Laura Martin via email on or before November 2, 2016. We cannot guarantee accommodations for requests received with less than 30 days-notice.
Consent to Use of Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, this event constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees' image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by the event organizers and other third parties, including but not limited the venue, the host city, and the host convention and visitors bureau.
