This call for proposals includes submissions for concurrent and poster presentations. Read more about the format and requirements for the presentations. Remember that all information presented during the AUCD Conference must adhere to AUCD conference presentation accessibility guidelines.

Upon submission of your application (below), you will receive an automatic receipt to acknowledge that AUCD has received your information. There are two steps to confirm your submissionIf you do not receive a receipt, your submission was not received by AUCD. Keep this receipt for your records.

To help attendees better select the sessions suited for them, please classify your proposed session as one of the following (choose only one):
Beginner-to-Intermediate: Provides a broad-based overview of a topic; assumes attendees have minimal knowledge of the subject matter.
Intermediate-to-Advanced: Provides content beyond a beginner level; assumes attendees have an in-depth understanding of the topics addressed.

To help attendees better select the sessions suited for them, please classify your proposed session as primarily being focused one of the following (choose only one):
Research: presenting the results of research
Training: presenting about a training program, project or curriculum
Technical Assistance/Outreach/Advocacy: presenting on efforts related to your work in delivering technical assistance, outreach, or advocacy
Dissemination/Knowledge Translation: presenting on your efforts to get the word out; ensure communities get information; and/or translating research into policy, service, and other important venues


Handouts and Presentation Information
Presenters are responsible for their own handouts. All information presented must adhere to AUCD conference accessibility guidelines. Shipping information will be sent to presenters at a date prior to the Annual Meeting.

AV and Special Requests
  1. Audio Visual Needs: (All concurrent sessions will have the following: theatre style seating (chairs in rows), one head table, an LCD projector and screen, and one podium with microphone. You will be invoiced for all other audio/visual materials requested below:)
