Description

TBDAlthough developed for graduate-level training, the individualized training experiences of LEND programs allow for the unique opportunity to involve undergraduates and promote engagement in professional careers in disability policy and practice. This presentation describes the efforts of two programs to integrate undergraduates in LEND programs. The methods and modifications utilized to involve undergraduates in the LEND training activities will be discussed. Lessons learned and future directions will be shared.
