Description
The growing prevalence in the diagnosis of individuals identified with ASD has increased pressure on educational, medical, and social institutions in the United States over the past three decades. This increase, sometimes referred to as the �autism tsunami,� has policymakers in New Mexico looking toward innovative policy solutions that have the potential to integrate services across disability identifications and to create access to citizenship for all.Back to Session: Poster Symposium 2A: Advocacy & Justice
