Description
The Center on Disability and Development at Texas A&M University and the Texas Center for Disability Studies at the University of Texas at Austin created Project ReDiscovery to support individuals with disabilities recovering from Hurricane Harvey. ReDiscovery provides training, technical assistance, and educational materials for case managers, disaster- and disability-related organizations, and emergency personnel on long-term recovery services and resources for individuals with disabilities and access and functional needs.Back to Session: Poster Symposium 4B: Self-determination, Ethics, and Emergency Preparedness
