Description

This interactive presentation describes strategies developed in the Oklahoma LEND program that prepare long-term trainees in the disciplines of Family and Self-advocacy to take on future roles as leaders and advocates. Attendees will share strategies used in their programs and discuss successes and challenges. The group will develop ideas that can be implemented to enhance current training, or establish new opportunities for leadership growth in Family and Self-advocacy discipline trainees.
