Description

States are shifting the management of both Medicaid medical and non-medical (long-term services and supports) programs to Managed Care Organizations in an attempt to achieve the triple aim of decreased cost, improved health outcomes & improved patient satisfaction. In this session, participants will learn the reasons for this policy shift, be presented with best practice models and understand how they can influence quality programming with this policy change.
