Description
This session describes the development and implementation of the Diversity and Inclusion Plan, a set of formalized processes, procedures, and strategies to support diversity and inclusion within an academic medical setting. Specific targets include increasing the hiring and retention of diverse employees, promoting a safe and positive culture of inclusion, and outlining educational expectations related to diversity issues.
