Description

Identifying outcomes for MLTSS is an active process within the disability community. A key theme is identifying outcomes that incorporate health and quality of life. The panel will review current understanding of the connection between relationships and health; describe some results from a collaboration between a CBO and Anthem supporting individuals with autism, and describe how the business acumen initiative is trying to capture these connections and build on them.
