Oklahoma LEND (OKLEND) uses an innovative three-pronged approach to instill the value of family-professional partnerships in trainees. Family voices are lifted through a focus on family perspectives throughout the learning process. The expertise of families is highlighted through input from family faculty, personal stories from family trainees, and structured family mentor experiences. Our retrospective analysis describes the impact of the OKLEND approach on how trainees view family-professional partnerships.
