Description
This poster presents results from a multi-state survey in the Rocky Mountain region assessing the attitudes of medical, mental health, and disability service providers regarding the sexual rights, self-control, non-reproductive sexual behavior, and parenting of people with intellectual disability. Examination of community provider attitudes toward the sexual rights and sexual expression of those with ID is crucial to supporting the voices of individuals with disabilities, their families, and communities.Back to Session: Poster Symposium: Health, Wellness, Recreation & Related Issues
