People on the Go and Maryland Center for Developmental Disabilities discuss how self advocates strategically pulled together state agencies providers and disabilities rights organizations to bring about change in Maryland. The coalition of partners created a bill that will phase out the use of sub minimum wage certificate in the next 4 years.
