Description
A collaborative project focused on increasing awareness of disability issues within refugee populations in Utah and building disability leadership opportunities for people of refugee immigrant backgrounds. We will describe successful experiences and lessons learned about the complexity and challenges while working with refugee communities on disabilities issues. Two fellows will share their experiences and insights related to the work developed.
