Description
The Pennsylvania Department of Education designated the Arc of PA to design an innovative teacher mentoring initiative. "Include Me" (IM) aimed to include students (Pre-K to High School) with significant disabilities into regular education classrooms in their neighborhood schools. The 6-year IM model in over 100 school districts; 800 classrooms for 700 students demonstrates significant and notable outcomes in effective instructional practices; student progress; & parent-school partnerships.Back to Session: Poster Symposium: Systems Change
