Description
This poster will describe the efforts of New Jersey's Act Early State Systems Grant Projects. In collaboration with the NJ Statewide Parent Advocacy Network, The Boggs Center on Developmental Disabilities has developed county-specific resources for early child care providers, healthcare providers, and families. In addition to sharing these resources with providers at in-person, parent-led training sessions, a webinar describing local resources and explaining their intended use was recorded and archived.Back to Session: Poster Session: Improving Health Systems to Drive Change
