Description

The U.S. Departments of Health and Human Services and Education have identified a national priority of prevention of preschool expulsions and suspensions, and have issued a policy statement on inclusion. This session will assist regional, state and local decisionmakers and implementers to generate strategies for including young children with social/emotional/behavioral difficulties into early learning programs through a discussion of national priorities, state-level data, policy trends and a parent's perspective.
