Whether beginning in childhood or in later life, mobility impairments involve persistent and complex barriers to maintaining healthy weight. This presentation introduces GoWoman, a highly innovative, online weight management group program for women with mobility impairments. Researchers and a national advisory board of women with mobility impairments partnered closely to develop GoWoman by adapting and expanding the Diabetes Prevention Program to address the unique needs of women with mobility impairments.Back to Session: Poster Session: Improving Health Systems to Drive Change
