HealthyInfants is a University-Community partnerships model (LEND) which disrupts the cumulative effects of adverse life events in the lives of high-risk infants and their caregivers and promotes developmental competencies and responsive caregiving. Evidence-based prevention-to-intervention "tiers" of developmental healthcare, technology and mentoring supports targets the needs of infants, parents, and providers affiliated with Early Head Start and Early Intervention in the Appalachian region of PA and WV-rural and urban.
