Description

This presentation describes a process model for how Georgia LEND trainees explored the state's response to children with both a developmental disability and a behavioral health diagnosis and their families. Utilizing a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach and Appreciative Inquiry (AI) interview techniques, the project team collaborated with an array of stakeholders, including state leadership professionals, treatment providers and families, to assess barriers to and opportunities for positive systems change.
