The objective is to evaluate the effectiveness of a university-based postsecondary program for adults with intellectual disabilities in developing self-determination (August 2014-May 2016). This poster will present the overall design of the study as well as some preliminary results of phase one of the study: utilizing participatory research practices to develop secondary research questions regarding the importance of the four components of self-determination: self-regulation, psychological empowerment, or self-realization.Back to Session: Welcome Reception and Poster Session
