Description
Demonstrating a high level of cross-system collaboration between a community advisory board, state public health programs, LEND trainees, faculty and clinician/researchers, the "Amish Project" and a Genetic Alliance "Impact Award" are working together to increase the number of children who receive newborn screening in rural Plain communities in Wisconsin. Cross-system strategies related to providing education and outreach, and research utilizing community surveys, will be presented.Back to Session: Welcome Reception and Poster Session
