The AUCD Network has significant impact on policies and practices that support the quality of life of self-advocates, siblings, parents and families, however, this role has sometimes been unrecognized. This session will highlight the work of the AUCD Family Support Special Interest Group (SIG) to elevate this role within the AUCD Network and within the disability field as a whole and will share opportunities for everyone to get involved.
