Description

Pennsylvania's Telecommunication Device Distribution Program (TDDP) has provided adapted landline telephone equipment to Pennsylvanians with disabilities since 1995. TDDP staff identified a need to expand the program to include wireless and internet technologies, and bring the Pennsylvania program into the 21st Century. This poster will state the problem and show the challenges and processes involved in order to achieve that goal.
