Description
New Hampshire/Maine LEND engaged in an iterative program development process to revise its leadership curriculum during 2012-2013. Guided by the MCH Leadership Competencies, faculty intentionally threaded a focus on leadership skills throughout the Core Curriculum. Trainees engaged in a set of integrated, skill-building experiences including: a series of nine leadership intensive sessions, Leadership in Action placements, monthly reflection journals, and a capstone poster presentation. Preliminary outcomes will be presented.Back to Session: Welcome Reception and Poster Session
