Session Description

This symposium will speak to evidence based practices (EBP) associated with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) across the lifespan. Three experts in the field will present on the recent ASD diagnostic changes and provide a comparison of NIMH to the DSM IV; EPB in early childhood up through the early schools years; and EPB that are useful for adolescents and adults.

Symposium Organizers:

The 2013 Autism Symposium was organized by Mark Innocenti, PhD (Center for Persons with Disabilities, Utah LEND/UCEDD) and Eric Moody, PhD (JFK Partners, Colorado LEND/UCEDD), members of AUCD's Council on Research and Evaluation (CORE). CORE is Chaired by Kelly Roberts, PhD (Pacific Basin UCEDD).
