Session Description
Meeting Agenda:
- Welcome & Introductions
- Small Group Exercise
*Participants will have the opportunity to group themselves by the following topic areas: a) health care access, b) healthy living, c) prevention of illness, d) reduction of health disparities.
Groups will discuss the following question:
What impact has your UCEDD/ program had on policies, guidelines, (proposed) bills, etc. to improve the health of people with disabilities on a larger level (e.g. systems, regionally, statewide)? Specifically what models and impact data can you share with colleagues? What efforts are you currently pursuing/thinking about pursuing related to health policies?
