Session Description
Feeling Zoom fatigue? Join us for Chair Yoga with Lisa Joy of Active Potential. Chair Yoga is designed to help you relax and focus. Lisa Joy will guide you to first notice the breath, establish gentle control of the breath, and then bring the mind and body into alignment with your intentional rhythm. Modifications will be described so that this session is accessible to all attendees.
Lisa Joy is a Conscious Movement Therapist. Utilizing practical tools for radical healing, she coaches students to unravel their physical, emotional and mental resistance to unlock their active potential!
