Session Description
The LEND Family Discipline Network (LFDN), comprised of LEND Family Faculty and other interested people, meets bi-monthly to share best practices, provide mentorship and work on network projects focused on the role of family in training. Examples include: Fabric Not Fringe: Weaving Family Involvement throughout Training and Practice for Professionals and Advocates Working with Individuals with Disabilities and Special Health Care Needs and the LEND Family Involvement Survey. This serves as the annual face-to-face meeting of the LFDN and is open to anyone sharing an interest in family as a discipline and family involvement in training.
