Crystal Pariseau, MSSW, is the Director of Marketing and Public Engagement at the Association of University Centers on Disabilities (AUCD). Crystal works with AUCD departments, network members, and partners, to raise the profile of AUCD through innovative communications, marketing, and public engagement initiatives. She oversees the branding and communications of the AUCD central office to increase awareness and engagement between the AUCD network and the public. Crystal plays a key role in the development of special events such as the AUCD Conference and Gala as a means to inform the public and AUCD membership of network and federal agency activities.

Crystal has over 18 years experience working in the disability field, including as a LEND trainee at the Waisman Center. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor's degree in Child and Family Studies and a Master's degree in Social Work with dual concentrations in heath care and developmental disabilities. She lives with her husband, four children, and dog in Charlottesville, VA, where she is actively involved in youth sports, school PTO, and church leadership activities.
