LEND Self-Assessment and Evaluation

The LEND Self-Assessment provides LENDs with a guided process and suggested structure to reflect upon and self-assess their training program so they can identify program strengths and areas in need of enhancement. It is useful both on a recurring basis for program adjustments and faculty retreats and on a one-time basis for events such as site visits.
