Director, Sonoran University Center for Excellence in Disabilities and Faculty Position in Family and Community Medicine , Tucson, AZ

The University of Arizona is pleased to announce that an opening for a full-time position as Director of the Sonoran University Center on Disabilities (UCEDD) with a faculty appointment in the Department of Family and Community Medicine (FCM) in the College of Medicine. Note: Faculty rank and career or tenure-track position dependent on accomplishments and experience. Since its establishment as a federally designated Center for Excellence in 2006, the Sonoran UCEDD has successfully leveraged university, state, national funding and community collaborations to build a strong and vibrant center with priority areas in health services and health promotion, successful transitions to adulthood and employment, diverse communities and aging and disability. The UCEDD has a committed, enthusiastic and dedicated staff and the opportunity to build on a wide array of existing programs, incubate new initiatives and to make a local and statewide impact on the quality of lives of people with disabilities and their families.
