Special Education Faculty Position - Department of Curriculum and Instruction, School of Education, Indiana University - Bloomington

The Department of Curriculum and Instruction in the School of Education at Indiana University, the flagship campus of the Indiana University system and a major comprehensive research university, invites applications for a tenure track faculty position in special education. Applicants should have an active research agenda and be dedicated to preparing special educators for the future. Researchers with an interest in learning disabilities or related areas preferred, but others are also welcome to apply. The position is at the Assistant or Associate Professor rank.

Required:

  • An earned doctorate in special education or a closely related field (all candidates who have or are expected to complete their degree by August 2018 will be considered).
  • Ability and willingness to work collaboratively in support of program, school, and university advancement.
  • Evidence of engagement in professional organizations.
