Position Summary:
The Assistant Director of the Idaho STARS project is responsible for oversight and daily management of seven regional child care resource centers across the state that includes development and oversight of CCRC state budget, development and implementation of policies and procedures related to the governance of each office, personnel management, problem-solving, and on-going professional development, guidance and mentoring of staff, development of annual work plans for each office, review of all training materials developed in the regions and the Idaho STARS training office, design and implementation of CCRC program evaluation, communication between regional offices and all other Idaho STARS program areas, participation on the Idaho STARS overall project leadership team, liaison with relevant University offices and other constituent offices across the state including Health and Welfare 211, development and oversight of service agreement and contracts, participation in the state Idaho Child Care Program Advisory Committee.
