The Vermont University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities, Center on Disability and Community Inclusion, part of the College of Education and Social Services at the University of Vermont is seeking an Office Administrative Assistant.
This position will provide administrative support to the Center's Executive Director of the Center on Disability and Community Inclusion (CDCI) Perform logistical support involving calendars, conferences, travel, and other special activities. Provide support to the Center's Business Office such as processing financial transactions, performing general office functions, maintaining logs and purchasing inventory and supplies, prepare, process, and assist with verification of forms, documents and materials, and data entry. Applicants are required to hold an associate's degree with one to three years of related experience, working knowledge of software applications used to support office functions, and familiarity with Internet resources. Experience handling basic financial transactions is preferred.
